I hope I find you and your family safe and well. During these unprecedented times, I want to let you know that I am very much still open for business and I am committed to conducting business as usual to deliver the best outcomes for you. For the time being we have suspended face to face appointments but can complete appointments over the phone, email or video chat options.

2020 has seen us support customers and our community through fires, floods and now Covid 19. As always we are committed to supporting our customers through these challenging times. We are here for you through the life of your loan and beyond.

I want to ensure you understand your redraw facilities, offset accounts, your rights in regard to mortgage 'repayment holidays', applying for financial hardship with your bank, and how you might take advantage of the RBA rate cut.
