BUSINESS UPDATE: This weekend saw huge changes to the way businesses need to operate to stay within the guidelines provided by the Federal and State Governments. We want to ensure our customers we are going to keep operating, and have the ability to work remotely if needed. We're here for you no matter what happens, and we won't stop working to make sure your applications are moved through as quickly as possible.

We are making changes to the way we operate for the short term. We're going to try and limit face to face appointments as much as possible. We can organise pick up and drop off of documents for customers and appointments over the phone, Skype, Zoom or email. We need to ensure our staff stay healthy so we can continue to stay operational and servicing our customers.

We will also be assisting people and local businesses accessing the lender grants and hardship programs that were announced last week. Please have patience with us as we work through this with the lenders. While they announced the highlights of their plans, their are some really important bits of information missing that we need to clarify so you can make informed decisions about accessing these programs.

Follow the guidelines being provided by the Health departments, stay safe and be sensible.
